Meet Kseniia Savchenko, newly hired Senior Consultant & Project Manager at ENRICH GLOBAL!
She will also be responsible for ENRICH GLOBAL activities in the Green Deal project ARSINOE “Climate-resilient regions through systemic solutions and innovations”. Kseniia is an Adviser in Public Policy and Project leader with an MBA, and 14 years of experience in consulting to international and Ukrainian state organizations, including SMEs infrastructure development, entrepreneurship, financial and banking programs, event organisation, and 1000+ hours of public speaking and training. Kseniia is also the Director of SaveUA Foundation, founder of the financial literacy project MoneySkills and non-profit “World of Finance”, a fellow of the US-funded Ukrainian Business Leaders Program and Professional Fellows Program, and co-organizer of the Ukraine-US project “Leadership for women in business”. Kseniia holds MBA, a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in finances and a bachelor’s degree in political science. Since spring 2022, due to her displacement from Ukraine, Kseniia lives and works in France.
